As an example, I’ve been getting the advice to run a 4 km run and then not run it. I’ve been doing that for about a year now and it’s not because I don’t want to. I just got lazy. I’m not sure if it ever dawned on me that it would become my habit, but it has.
So when we feel that we have to do something we just don’t know how to do, we may start to feel we are not accomplishing something. This starts off on a good foot though because it allows us to get out of the habit. I guess we use the term habit to refer to any action we regularly perform, but I think that we use it more loosely in reality.
I know what you’re thinking, “Wait, is this a weird thing to say?” Well, it is a weird thing to say, but I am a black belt in karate and I can tell you that I have never used my body in any way, shape, or form to get into fighting. So it is true that I have not used my body to get into fighting.

But it can easily become something more sinister when used by someone who has never trained and can’t control their reflexes.
